Harper pin rejection

Harper Pin Stats I've heard alot about the harper pin that Jaheira can get Can anyone tell me the stats and eq slot for this item?

After speaking with Tate he says he's giving Jaheira her harper pin but it doesn't show up in my inventory, any ideas how to fix this?
